- Paid per answer from a prepaid balance. There is no subscription.
What Vera is not
- Not a licensed therapist, psychologist, counselor, doctor or other health professional.
- Not a crisis service or emergency help. If you may be in danger, call your local emergency number.
- Not a diagnosis, a treatment or a cure. It does not promise results.
How it works
You write or speak, and Vera replies one answer at a time. Each answer is paid for from your balance. Before your first message you confirm that you are 18 or over and you accept the health-information consent. The terms, the privacy notice and the payments page describe the rules in full.
